* SWEET POTATOES ? – Chop these up into little squares! Season with dashes of pepper/ salt/ and chili lime seasoning! Then, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and spread on a pan sheet! Cook at 425 degrees for 25 minutes! Good source of CARBS✨
* BROCCOLI & BRUSSEL SPROUTS ?- Season with pepper/ salt/ and olive oil. Cook in the air-fryer for 10 minutes at 300 degrees! (Or cook in oven) Great source of greens!✨
* CHICKEN STRIPS ?- Meat of any choice. Good source of protein and helps add healthy calories to the meal! ✨
* CUCUMBERS & TOMATOES ? ? – Slice in half and mix into the bowl!
* CHOICE OF RICE ?- I used jasmine rice, but any rice works! Quinoa/ brown rice/ white rice, ect…✨
