Anyone Have Thoughts On #nightshades Triggering #inflammatio

Anyone have thoughts on #nightshades triggering #inflammation on your #ttcjourney ? I’m wondering if I should avoid all nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, tomatillos), or limit consumption to reduce overall inflammation while TTC.  

Made from scratch veggie loaded cauliflower fried rice w/ @patterson_family_organics #organic #pastureraised eggs. I added sweet peppers (nightshade) here, in place of carrots (didn’t have any). Maybe I’ll just stick to diced carrots next time.

#Cauliflower is a cruciferous veggie w/ phytonutrient that metabilizes estrogen. A hormone cleanser. Also contains glutathione which may improve overall quality of eggs (LA IVF Clinic website).

My go-to for a fresh #keto #paleo #glutenfree , light, healthy dish during my #ivfjourney .
?️2 TBSP sesame or veg oil
?️2 garlic cloves , minced
?️0.5 onions
?️0.5 shallots
?️1.5 cups fresh diced veggies w/ peas
?️2 cups riced cauliflower
?️3 eggs, whisked
?️3/4 cup green onions , (shallots / scallions) sliced
?️salt to taste
?️garnish w/ cilantro, green onions
SAUCE:
?️1 TBSP sake or dry sherry (optional, or add a lil sweetener)
?️1 TBSP GF soy sauce or tamari
?️1/2 tsp sesame oil , optional
?️1/4 tsp white pepper

1) Heat 1.5 TBSP oil in a wok or 2 tbsp oil in a skillet. 2) Add onion, garlic, shallots. 3) Add #cauliflowerrice, burn off excess moisture 4) Add eggs, fully coat the cauliflower until dry 5) Add veggies then sauce. Remove from heat & serve immediately w/ garnish!
