APPLE PIE BANANA LOAF ??
Fall baking has commenced on Feed Me Healthy and to kick it off we have this delicious loaf that literally taste like fall! It pairs well with a coffee and a good book.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED?
2 apples peeled and chopped ( I used Granny Smith)
2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/3 cup melted Coconut oil
2 cups Flour (I used 1 cup almond and 1 cup whole wheat)
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Apple pie spice
2 tbsp Coconut sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
3 tbsp flour (I used almond)
4 tbsp coconut sugar
1.5 tbsp melted butter or coconut oil
Dash of apple pie spice & cinnamon
Mix all wet ingredients together in one bowl and all dry ingredients in another. Once mixed, fold dry ingredients into wet.
Line a loaf baking dish with parchment paper and pour on the batter.
Sprinkle on the topping.
Bake for 50mim at 350°.
