Apple tartlets ♡
Makes 12 | 105Cal per serve

INGREDIENTS:
Pastry:
150g plain flour
75g unsalted butter
½tsp salt
50g water
½tep vanilla essence

Filling:
1 red apple
1 green apple
1Tb cinnamon
1tsp sugar free maple syrup
1tsp vanilla essence

METHOD:
Pastry:
Combine all ingredients and shape into flattened ball.
Roll out to desired thickness and cut with pastry ring.
Place pastry into lightly greased pastry tin and work to desired shape. (Muffin tin will work fine, just won’t aerate the base pastry as much).

Filling:
Peel, core and finely cut both apples.
Mix all ingredients together and scoop into pastry.
Bake at 180 for 20-25 minutes.
