Banana Sunrise Smoothie ?☀️
This banana smoothie is delicious, quick to prep, and loaded with nutrients. A great way to start the day ☀️
Ground flax seed is an excellent source of fiber and great for your little one’s digestive system.
This smoothie is suitable for babies 8+ months if using non-dairy milk and 12+ months if using dairy milk.
Use organic ingredients whenever possible.
? 2 ripe bananas
? 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
? 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
? 2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
? Handful ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
