Creamy Tomato Pasta.

Ingredients for one serving:
? 70 g whole grain noodles (weighed raw / you can of course use more noodles)
? 100 g of pureed tomatoes low sodium
? 2 large bell peppers
? 1 to 2 tbsp of 1% Greek yogurt
? 10 basil leaves
? Salt, pepper, herbs (e.g. Italian herbs)
? 200 ml vegetable stock or water low sodium
1 lb of lean ground turkey

Preparation:
Wash, cut and core the peppers and cut into small cubes. Cook ground turkey separately.
Put all ingredients in a saucepan / deep pan and cook until the pasta is cooked through. Takes about 15-20 minutes. Serve with 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese ?
