Crispy Sweet Potato Chips ? with Vegan Spinach Tahini Dip ☄️

These sweet potato chips are so light and crispy, perfectly seasoned with aromatic garlic, peppery rosemary and earthy paprika. Serve with my spinach tahini dip for the perfect snack ?✌️

To make these, slice a sweet potato thinly and as evenly as possible. Mix 2tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp each of paprika, fresh rosemary, garlic powder and onion powder.

Mix in the sweet potato to coat. Spread out evenly on a tray with baking paper, and bake in the oven for ~20 minutes at 220C, flipping half way.

Remove from oven, season with salt and pepper and let rest for 10 mins.

For the dip, blend 1 cup spinach, 2 garlic cloves, 1/3 cup tahini, 1/4 cup lemon juice, salt and pepper.
