Sausages (400/10 minutes) with Cheesy Cauliflower Rice. Recipe below?

Cheesy Cauliflower Rice
.
1 package frozen cauliflower rice, cooked
2oz cream cheese
4 slices American cheese
1 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown butter in sauté pan. Add cauliflower rice, salt & pepper. Cook for a few minutes, then add cream cheese & American cheese. Mix & serve topped with parsley.
