MASHED SQUASH
This is a one pot, low oil recipe I concoted in my head ?.
Allow sizzling of generous amount of jeere, mustard and fennel seeds along with a little methi seeds in 1 tbsp oil. Add in cubed squash pieces and fry them for a bit. Add salt and cook for 1 whistle. Mash and serve with/without chopped coriander.
