Excite your tastebuds with this dip ?

This #paleo recipe is delicious and simple to make. Thank you, WHC nutritionist, Olivia Wagner, MS,RDN, LDN, IFNCP.

Roasted Red Pepper & Sunflower Seed Dip
Ingredients:
3 Red peppers
2 cloves of Garlic
¼ cup Olive oil
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
Sea Salt
Paprika
Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place peppers onto a baking sheet lightly brush peppers with olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes or until skins blister.
3. Remove from oven and place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to cool – this makes the peppers sweat and their skins will peel off easily. Remove and discard skins and set peppers aside to cool.
4. Cut pepers coarsely chopped with seeds remove.
5. In a food processor add your chopped Red Peppers, Garlic cloves, Sunflower seeds, olive oil and a pinch of Paprika.
6. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
