Black Pepper-1/4 tsp
Olive Oil-1/2 tsp
Ginger/Garlic Paste-1/2 tsp
Jalapeno Sauce-1 tbsp
Fat Free Ranch-2 tbsp
Serving Size-100gm
Total Calories:225 approx.
Protein:30gm, Carb:10gm, Fat:7gm
I use low calorie Jalapeno sauce and Ranch, one table spoon of each has not more than 20 calories.
Chicken Breast is a high quality protein.
Broccoli provides me fiber, Vitamin A, C, K, B9
Carrots give me carbs and fiber, also Biotin and Potassium.
