Back to my roots with this Mediterranean- inspired breakfast which includes some of my favorite ingredients ?❤️‍?☺️

Whole wheat pita bread, feta cheese, @mina olives, peperoncini, 7-min boiled eggs sprinkled with Ajika seasoning from TJ’s (my childhood fave?), red pepper hummus, labne also sprinkled with Ajika paired with my favorite Cinnamon Apple Tea!
?? TEA
Ingredients:
1 L boiling water
1 apple
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A handful of mint
2 teabags, or 2 tbsp loose tea (I like to use both, earl grey and herbal)
2 tsp honey
Chop up the apple and add to the tea pot. Then add mint, cinnamon, honey and tea. Pour boiling water, cover with lid and let it sit for 5 minutes. HAPPY SUNDAY❤️‍?
