For when you just need to throw something together ?

1 cup whole wheat pasta
1/2 large zucchini
Spinach
1 Chicken sausage
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
Salt + pepper

Cook pasta.
Sauté sliced zucchini with seasoning and sliced chicken sausage on a medium heat pan until zucchini is cooked through.
Turn down the heat, add a few handfuls of spinach and wilt.
Convert veggies and sausage to a mixing bowl. Add drained pasta and mix to combine.
Once combined stir in olive oil, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, salt and pepper.
Top with feta cheese and enjoy!
