Breakfast. 2 eggs with a slice of #PepperidgeFarm ‘s light whole wheat bread

Lunch: *highly recommend* sheet pan steak and veggies (5.5 oz London broil, 1.5 mixed peppers, 1/4 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup of mushrooms and 2 tbsp low sodium teriyaki sauce)

Snacks: #kencko Crimsons smoothie and 3/4 pint of raspberries

Dinner: 8 1/3 oz of #costco ‘s Salmon Milano with 2.3 oz #birdseye Wild Rice with corn, carrots and peas

Dessert: half a grapefruit
