2 tbsp pumpkin purée
2 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp protein powder (or more flour)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1-2 tsp pumpkin spice + 1/4 tsp vanilla
handful of @santabarbarachocolate cacao fruit chocolate chips
2 tbsp milk of choice
1-2 tbsp sweetener of choice (more or less depending on how sweet your protein is or if you’re using any)

coco whip or vegan ice cream for topping (optional but don’t be a fun sucker ?)

grease your ramekin. mix everything together until dough forms. stir the choc chips in or even out the top & press them on. microwave for 60sec, checking & adding 10 more if needed. serve with coco whip if you’re feelin fancyyyy ?

if you don’t have a microwave you can bake on 350F until done (not sure how long it’d take!)
