I had my first açaí bowl this week. I have now made one 3 days in a row. This was the best so far! What an amazing lunch!
I bought frozen unsweetened açaí and I blended it with 1/4 cup almond milk, half a banana, and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. I then sliced the other half of the banana, sliced a strawberry, and added some gluten free coconut & cashew butter granola (@naturespathorganic) and a sprinkling of chia seeds. It took maybe 10 minutes to make from start to finish.
You have time to eat healthy like this. Especially if you’re home. It takes you longer to wait for your food delivery. And I’ve seen cars on line at some fast food chains that I know must take longer than 10 minutes. I’m definitely making another bowl for lunch tomorrow. Just realized I like bowl meals. Lol
Oatmeal for breakfast, açaí bowl for lunch, and a quinoa bowl for dinner. Yum!!! (x 3)
