I really enjoyed this meal. I had it for dinner Tuesday and ate my left overs today for lunch. Only 5 ingredients were needed to cook it and that’s my favorite type or recipe. All ingredients are from @traderjoes

* 5 oz of ground beef
* 1 cup of Mexican style cauliflower rice
* 1/4 avocado
* Slices of mushroom and red bell pepper

I don’t want to make my journey hard for me, especially because I like to keep things simple. I am definitely going to add this meal in the rotation!
