If you have ripe sweet peaches, make these grilled peaches with cinnamon and brown sugar! ??

? @feelgoodfoodie

INGREDIENTS & SUBSTITUTIONS
-Peaches: Use fresh and ripe peaches for the best results. Cut them in half and remove the stone before grilling. Check out our tutorial post for tips on cutting peaches.
-Oil: Coconut oil adds a nice flavor, but a neutral oil like canola will work well.
Sugar and cinnamon: Light brown sugar and cinnamon add a great flavor to the peaches and helps to sweeten them a little.
-To serve: Vanilla ice cream, granola and fresh mint.

HOW TO GRILL PEACHES
-Cut the peaches in half and brush a little coconut oil on the cut side.
-Place cut side down on a hot grill pan to cook.
-Flip them over and cook the other side.
-Sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar and serve.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Brush the peaches with the melted coconut oil liberally, allowing any excess coconut oil to fall over the grill.

2. Place the peaches cut side down first on the grill or grill pan, working in batches if needed. Grill for 5 minutes and then flip them over and grill until tender, but still firm, about 3 more minutes.

3. Whisk together the light brown sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle on top of the peaches as soon as you remove them from the grill.

4. Serve the peaches with vanilla ice cream and granola, and garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
