GF/DF Protein Pancakes
⭐️¼ cup almond milk
⭐️2 eggs
⭐️1 egg white
⭐️1 banana
⭐️2 cups gluten free oat flour
⭐️4 scoops protein powder
⭐️1 tsp vanilla extract
⭐️2 tsp baking powder
⭐️1 tsp baking soda
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
Cook on medium heat and flip once bubbles start to form
Top with anything of your choice- fresh fruit, maple syrup, nuts
