I’m A Big Fan Of Chia Pudding. One Of My New Favourite Way

I’m a big fan of chia pudding. One of my new favourite ways to eat chia pudding is combining blue spirulina to create a vibrant colour.

Blue Chia Pudding

• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup almond milk
• 3 tsp Pure Blends Blue Spirulina powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp maple syrup

Mix all ingredients only adding 1 tsp of Blue Spirulina to mixture to begin with. Spoon first layer into the pot. Add a further 1 tsp of spirulina for the next layer, following on with a further 1 tsp of the top layer.
Add granola and berries to the top.

Allow to set for two hours in the fridge
