In a bowl, mix together 1 lb shrimp, 1 tbsp melted ghee, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp garlic, 1/2 lemon squeezed on top. Mix it all together then let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over low medium heat. Spiralize your zoodles while you wait. Then once the shrimp is ready, add to a pan and cook for 8-10 minutes.
