✨Lavender chai blueberry tahini yogurt brownies ✨
I put all my favorite ingredients in these and they turned out amazing. I used yogurt instead of eggs for the brownies and then also used yogurt for the icing. Recipe below:
Mix all of these in a mixing bowl:
1/4 cup Dutch cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup coconut or sunflower oil
1/2 cup brown or coconut sugar
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup TAHINI
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup of lavender chai concentrate (I made this at home by boiling lavender leaves and black tea condensing 1 cup of water into 1/4 cup – took about 20 mins)
Mix well and pour onto baking tray. Bake at 350F for 20 mins
Icing:
Mix yogurt and blueberries. Add some sweetener of your choice. Keep in the fridge for 30 mins.
Let the brownies cool in the fridge for 30 mins before icing!
