-¼ cup vanilla protein powder⁠

What you need for the Carrot Cake Bites:⁠
-½ cup pitted dates ⁠
-⅓ cup apricots ⁠
-½ cup walnuts⁠
-1.5 cup shredded carrot⁠
½ cup oats⁠
-1 tbsp coconut oil⁠
-1 tsp cinnamon⁠
-½ tsp nutmeg⁠
-¼ cup vanilla protein powder ⁠

What you need for the Oatmeal Raisin Bites:⁠
-1 ¼ cup oats⁠
-⅔ cup peanut butter ⁠
-⅓ cup honey ⁠
-¼ cup toasted coconut⁠
-⅓ cup raisins⁠
-¼ cup vanilla protein powder ⁠

What you need for the Fudge Brownie Bites:⁠
-½ cup pitted dates ⁠
-¼ cup chocolate chips ⁠

What to do:⁠
1- Place all ingredients (except for the raisins) into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.⁠
2- If making Oatmeal Raisin, add in raisins once blended.⁠
3- Scoop out 1 tbsp of the mix and mold it into a ball using clean hands (mix may be crumbly, so you will need to pack it down before molding).⁠
4- Place each rolled bite onto a tray lined with parchment paper (Optional to roll each bite in a topping of choice if you desire).⁠
