Love baking on Sundays! Today we made chocolate beet muffins. I’ve said this before but I love pairing beets and dark chocolate together, they pair so nicely! Plus beets are SO good for you! 2 eggs 1 cup beet puree
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 tsp sea salt
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour. 1/2 cup protein powder (I used orgain)
