You guys ready for an easy and healthier-for-you apple crisp? We’ve partnered with our friends at @yesapples to create the easiest fall dessert with their @sweetango_apple! #sponsored ⁣

You’re gonna love this no-peel, apple crisp recipe. We didn’t want to take away any of the beautiful flavor or color of these zesty yet sweet SweeTango apples. ?⁣

Ingredients: ⁣
For the topping: ⁣
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats⁣
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes ⁣
2/3 cup almond flour ⁣
2/3 cup pecans, chopped⁣
1/4 cup sugar free sweetener ⁣
1 tsp ground cinnamon⁣
1/2 tsp kosher salt ⁣
1/4 tsp xanthan gum⁣
8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted ⁣

For the apple filling: ⁣
2 lbs SweeTango apples, cut into pieces (about 5 apples)⁣
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar⁣
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁣
1/2 tsp kosher salt⁣
2 tsp cinnamon ⁣
1/4 cup sugar free sweetener ⁣
1/2 tbsp cornstarch ⁣

Instructions:⁣
1. Grease a baking pan with and preheat the oven to 350°F. To a large mixing bowl, add the apples, sweetener, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, kosher salt and cornstarch. Stir to combine. Bake for 30 minutes to soften the apples. ⁣
2.Meanwhile, combine all dry ingredients to make the apple crisp topping. Add melted butter and stir to combine to make sure everything is incorporated. ⁣
3. After 30 minutes, take the apples out then top with crumble topping. Add back to the oven and let bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Allow to cool for 10-20 minutes before serving.⁣
