This beetroot protein pancake is not only tasted so good but it’s also pack with protein and fiber. It’s take 30’ to make about 12 pancake, each pancake is 50 calories, and can be stored in airtight container in the fridge for snack. If u go through them so quickly like we do? then no need storing. Best to serve with a tbsp of Greek Yoghurt or a tsp of honey if you want extra sweet. Or both why not? ?

Ingredients
2 bananas ?
1 beetroot cut into cube( peel of the skin n boil about 10’)
1 cup rolled oat
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup water

Blending all well in a blender.

Heat up a nonstick pan, and pour the mixture into a medium size pancake, cook each side about 3’ or until it’s cooked through.
