PUMPKIN SPICE SMOOTHIE ?

Creamy, slightly spicy and filling! This smoothie is my new fave and totally takes care of my current pumpkin obsession (you’re obsessed too, right?)

Being preggo, keeping my protein intake consistent was the trick for me to ward off morning sickness in the first trimester and now, in my second trimester, it has helped keep my energy up. Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Makes 1 serving

•2 tbsp pumpkin purée
•1 cup oat/almond/cashew milk
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/2-1 tsp pumpkin spice (or just cinnamon)
•1 scoop @genuinehealth vanilla fermented vegan protein powder
•2 scoops @organikahealth collagen
•1 heaping tbsp ground flax seeds
•1/2 banana
•a few ice cubes

1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with pumpkin spice if desired.
