??Smoked Avocado Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps??

Ingredients:
8oz smoked chicken breast pulled
1 ripe hass avocado
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp Mayo
2 Roma tomatoes seeded and diced
1.5 limes juiced
1 head of iceberg lettuce
Season with Salt and pepper to your taste.
Method:
Except for the chicken, In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix until smooth
***It should look like creamy guacamole when it’s done.***
In a separate bowl shred your smoked chicken breast (rotisserie, grilled or poached chicken breast can be substituted).
Mix avocado sauce with chicken and season with salt pepper to your liking.
Place in a lettuce wrap and garnish with more chopped tomato,cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
