Stir-Fry Tricolor Spaghetti with Shrimp.

?‍? Ingredients:
• TraderJoe’s Organic Tricolor Spaghetti
• Trader Joe’s Wild Argentinian Shrimp
• Red and Yellow Peppers
• 3 Eggs
• Leek
• Sea salt
• Black Pepper
• Garlic Powder
• Organic Sesame Oil
• Olive Oil
• White or Rose Wine
• Soy Sauce
?‍? How to Prepare:
1. Boil the spaghetti in a water with some sea salt and a spoon of olive oil to prevent it from sticking. Drain the boiled spaghetti.
2. Scramble the eggs in a small skillet brushed with olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
3. Pan-fry the leek and yellow peppers in another skillet brushed with olive oil. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
4. Cut the shrimp in smaller pieces and pan-fry them in a skillet brushed with olive oil. Season with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Add some wine, turn off the stove and let them stay covered with a lid in the skillet for a few minutes.
5. Heat 2-3 spoons of sesame oil in a large sauce pan. Quickly stir fry the spaghetti in it, while gradually adding the cooked veggies, the stir fried shrimp and the scrambled eggs. Drizzle some soy sauce on top of the mix.
6. Serve the spaghetti topped with finely chopped red peppers.
