Let’s celebrate with some sweet and healthy Eggless Banana and apple bread made with ragi(finger millet) and whole wheat flour

Eggless Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
0.5 cup finger millet flour red millet or ragi flour
0.5 cup milk
4 banana riped
1 mashed apple
1 tsp vanila essence
0.5 cup oil any refined oil which does not have smell
2/3 cup honey
1/3 cup sugar (I use granulated sugar)
0.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
salt a pinch
0.5 cup dry nuts powdered (almonds, cashews, pista and walnuts) with raisins

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and grease a bread loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mashed ripe banana and add oil, honey, milk, sugar, mashed apple, vanila essence together and whisk.
In another bowl sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, and whisk to blend.
Add wet ingredient in dry and mix, just until combined. Some lumps are ok! Finally add dry nuts powder and raisins.
Pour the batter into pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
