Vanilla & peanut butter protein balls ? (vegan)

1/2-3/4 cup medjool dates, soaked in hot water
1 cup rolled or quick oats
2tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup vanilla pea protein powder
1/2-3/4 cup PB2 OR peanut butter
1/4 cup rice malt syrup

1. Place soaked dates in a food processor or blender and blend.
2. Add in the oats, chia seeds and protein powder and blend again.
3. Finally add in the peanut butter and rice malt syrup, blending once more.
4. Roll into desired size balls and refrigerate.
