Veal piccata VS chicken piccata? ?
On this lovely Wednesday, we decided to make chicken piccata & veal piccata for lunch ?

– We started off by marinating the chicken & the veal overnight in salt and pepper.
– Coat the chicken and veal in flour before cooking in oil (or butter)
– Set aside and make the sauce.
Sauce ingredients:
• Lemon
• Salt
• Pepper
• White wine (or chicken broth)
• Capers
• Lemon slices
– We combined all the ingredients of the sauce together.
– We cooked the chicken and the veal in the sauce (each in separate pans)
– Make sure to scrape the pan to get all the sauce on the chicken and veal.
– Serve with cooked lemon slices and sprinkle parsley on top.
– Enjoy ?

Trust me when I say this is one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while ?
I had the chicken piccata & my mother had the veal piccata and they were both equally as delicious.

I highly recommend giving this a try ?
