Vegan comfort food that you will want to make over and over again! Try this Crispy Sesame Tofu! ?

Ingredients:
-1 Block Extra Firm Tofu
-1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds
-1 Thinly Sliced Scallion
-Sesame Sauce (1&½ Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 Tsp Sesame Oil, 1/16 Tsp Ground Ginger, 1 Tsp Cornstarch, 3 Tbsp Water, ½ Tbsp Light Brown Sugar, ½ Tsp Sriracha)

Directions:
1. Do not press your tofu before you prepare it! Slice your tofu into ¾ inch cubes. Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure none of the cubes touch. Cook at 375F for about 20-25 minutes!
2. While your tofu is cooking, go ahead and make your sauce! In a medium bowl, add all of your sauce ingredients. Whisk it together to evenly mix and dissolve your cornstarch.
3. Add sauce to a small saucepan and bring to a low-medium heat. Stir continuously to prevent your cornstarch from clumping. Bring to a simmer and cook until it thickens!
4. When your tofu is finished, toss and evenly coat in your sauce. Top with your scallions and sesame seeds and serve with rice!
