With Spring rolling in, I thought it’s time to start introducing some of my fav springs side dishes ☺️

I love a good hearty potato salad! Nothing wrong with the image on the right, if that is what you find satisfying and energizing!

But, I often find potato salad is a little too rich and leaves me feeling bloated. Try out this recipe if you’re looking for a comforting yet refreshing recipe ☺️

On the left we have potato salad ( 150g potatoes, 2 tbsp Mayo, 2 tbsp sour cream)
